1- President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud has appointed General Mohamed Nur Ufurow as the Deputy Commander of the National Army and Col Dayah Abdi Abdulle as the Commander of the Infantry in order to speed up operations to liberate the country from the Kharijites.
2- His Excellency President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, met with senior officials from GorGor unit of the Somali National Army in Dhusamareb, and discussed the ongoing operations against the Kharijites Al Shabab.
3- President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, received the diplomatic credentials from the new ambassador of the European Union to Somalia, Ms. Karin Johansson, in Dhusamareb.
4- President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, has received the newly launched national identification card, and called Somali citizens to use it to ensure security and improve public services.
5- The Speakers of the two chambers of the Federal Parliament of Somalia and Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre attended the screening of the film on the rebirth of Somalia’s nation, which featured the role of the Djiboutian government on the reconciliation process of Somalia in 2000.
6- Prime Minister Hamsa Abdi Barre, who gave a speech at the screening of the Somalia-Djibouti film said that the government has made progress in security and is working to make Somalia free from terrorism.
7- Prime Minister Hamsa Abdi Barre has inaugurated the Peace and Stability Fund for Somalia.

12- The Deputy Prime Minister of Somalia, Mr. Salah Ahmed Jama, launched the Somali Crisis Durable Solutions Project.
13- The weekly meeting of the Somali cabinet has adopted agreements and understandings between the Somali government and Saudi Arabia and South Africa.
14- The former president of Somalia, Abdi Qasim Salad Hassan, praised the operations of the Somali National Army and the local heroes in eradicating the Kharijites Al Shabab.
15- The Minister of Information of Somalia Mr. Daud Aweis Jama said that the armed forces and the people have cleared most of the Mudug region from the Kharijites and captured the cities of Badaweyn, Amara, Qeycad, Hiin Labi, Qodqod and other strategic areas.
16- The Minister of Fisheries and Blue Economy of Somalia, Mr. Ahmed Hassan Adan accompanied by MP Abdisalan Haji Ahmed Dhabancad, and Deputy Commander of the Infantry of the National Army Gen. Abdullahi Aden Hussein visited the town of Badaweyn in Mudug region which was recently captured from Al Shabab Kharijites.
17- The President of Galmudug Ahmed Abdi Kariye and the Director of NISA Mahad Salad Mohamed have visited areas recently liberated from Al Shabab Kharijites in Mudug.
18- The Governor of Banadir Region and the Mayor of Mogadishu Mr. Yusuf Hussein Jimale (Maddale) visited the Nur-Dugle and Addan Laxey areas in Middle Shabelle Region where he spoke with the National Forces and the civil defence forces, urging them to strengthen their cooperation in the elimination of the Kharijites Al Shabab.
19- The Somali National Army has foiled a terrorism attack in which the Kharijites Al Shabab attempted against Galmudug President Ahmed Abdi Kariye and other government officials in Laas Gacamey area of Bacaadweyn.
20- The Somali Defense Minister Abdulkadir Mohamed Noor called on the people who were forced by the Kharijites Al Shabab in the liberated areas of Galmudug to return to their homes.
21- Members of the two houses of the Federal Parliament of Somalia paid a motivational visit to the Armed Forces and the locals who are fighting against the Kharijites Al Shabab in the recently liberated areas of Mudug and Galgudud regions.
22- The security forces of Mogadishu, have intercepted a car filled with explosives in Daru-Salaam area of Banadir region, which the Kharijites Al Shabab wanted to use harming innocent people.
23- The Banadir Regional Administration has handed over food donation to Somali National Army for the use of government troops fighting the Kharijites Al Shabab.
24- The Minister of Internal Security of Somalia, Mr. Mohamed Sheikh Ahmed Ali, who is in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, met with the Minister of Interior of Saudi Arabia, Amir Abdul-Aziz bin Saud, and discussed how to enhance security cooperation.
25- The Armed Forces Court executed Sharif Abshir Abdirahman Jama (JiniJini), who previously killed the late Saeed Ali Abdi Shabeel in Harardere, who was a member of the military on September 11th of this year.
26- Somalia’s Foreign Minister Abshir Omar Jama gave a speech at the international meeting of the G77+China which was held for two days in Havana, Cuba.
27- The Minister of Finance of Somalia, Mr. Bihi Iman Ige chaired an important meeting with the World Bank Representative in Somalia and members of the Bank’s office in East African countries in Nairobi.
28- The women groups of Ceelgula town in Mudug region handed over a donation of livestock, water and food to the officers of the National Army, the Galmudug Darawish forces and the local people.
29- The National Telecommunications Authority presented the consultation process for the Fifth Generation (5G) Strategy.
30- Yusuf Sheikh Hassan, who was a member of the Kharijites Al Shabab leadership for 12 years, has surrendered to the National Army in Bakool region in South West State.
31- The National Disaster Management Agency has warned of possible El-Nino storm.
32- The Armed Forces have carried out a military operation in the Bay region and killed the head of the Kharijites Al Shabab finance chief in the Bay region, Aden Gardhub and his militiamen.
33- Hassan Musdhaf Dhayoow known as (Shiniyey), a member of Kharijites Al Shabab leadership has surrendered to the Somali National Army based in Goof-Gadud Buurey area of Bay region.
